The rules of this debate are to come up with an argument that you have not previously argued on RHP's debates forum. It does not have to be opposite to your usual view, but you would get style points if you had a go with the other side as it were.
To kick it off I'll propose a topic that I will argue in the affirmative, that George W Bush, the 43 rd President of the United States of America, has shown himself to be the greatest President the US has had the good fortune to be blessed with for the past 70 years.
[edit] Oh yeah and try to give reasons by way of examples so as to avoid sarcasm which may be very tempting for some.
And in support of my claim, I give the following.
He has acknowledged that illegals make up an important part of the US economy and actually wants to give them a legal framework to be assimilated.
He appointed a woman as Secretary of Sate, who also happened to be black.
His middle east road map with an agenda to try and instill a desire to embrace democracy is both ambitious and daring, and if successful will usher in an era of peaceful prosperity in the region that will benefit generations to come.

Of course I am not lumping you in with the rest as this comment is not aimed at you specifically, but refers to everyone else in general.
