Seriously, those people are just begging for an apocalyptic bitch slapping.

If antibodies do not stop covid19, no vaccine can work.

I am sure that you have the appropriate medical qualifications and can show peer-reviewed work to support this statement.

I know.
Somehow it’s like a virus of stupidity piggyback riding on every other strain of moronity wafting out over the lands.

If seriously have to explain to people that 5G masts are not spreading corona and that the masts being set alight aren’t even for 5G, I’m gonna get Tony Soprano on someone’s arse.

Tell me how a vaccine is supposed to work if the antibodies do not make you immune.

Or are you ignorant as to how vaccines work?

The immune system is more complex than you imagine. Simply put: Antibodies are just one rung on the ladder.

Your ignorance is excused because we know your teacher.
Maybe consider a transfer before the next semester?

Well, the statement's true in the sense that if one's body produces anti-bodies but the anti-bodies don't bind to the virus for some reason then the anti-bodies won't give any resistance to the disease. Since most cases recover from the infection we know that this isn't the case. So the problem with the statement is one of relevance. Which seems to be a problem for the more vocal members of the right on these forums.

More pertinently, it's not clear for how long immunity persists whether it is from having had the disease or from vaccination. This is what medical trials are for.

The anti-vaxers have some conspiracy theory about vaccinations being poisons to reduce fertility rates and keep the world's population down.

The European Education system seems to be a bit limited. In the US we are required to take classes in many fields. So what is common knowledge to those who retain knowledge is unknown to you.

Here, educate yourself.

It is the leftists who brought up how people are getting sick after recovering. I was just pointing out that if this is true then vaccines will not work.

You are obviously a real Man of Genious.

Did you read the link? Did you see that a vaccine works by helping your body to develop the right antibodies?

If the antibodies do not work, then a vaccine would not work.

Am I a "Man of Genious"?

No, but I am a man that can spell it.

I'm not compelled to show off professional knowledge right now. I'm very tired.

But maybe I'll address your idiocy over an espresso in the morning.

In the meantime, you might want to investigate phagocytosis, pyrexia and a cascade of other elements essential to immunity.
