Which ruling? Remember all of their decisions are based upon interpretation of the constitution as it applies to a set state of facts before the court.
Like, they found (interpreted) that abortion is a matter for each individual state. Don't write me about abortion, I am just giving this as an example.
So, your 'shred of decency' comment would not apply in that clear-cut case.

3. True, but concerns about Biden's age have been consistently polling at high levels among both Democrats and independents. Taking that out of the equation and letting the campaign focus on Trump's shortcomings (he remains unpopular with negative favorability ratings) would enhance the possibility of a Democratic victory.

Biden has lowered student debt and created more jobs, for example.
The BBC did a fact check on RNC statements, like “new jobs being for illegal immigrants” and found it complete nonsense. The new jobs went to American born citizens.
Adding these things up, one can readily see that from a left-wing perspective, Biden has done some really good things. If not the man, at least his administration.

His saying he created jobs...HE created jobs? Does that include the jobs that got set aside by Covid, and then came back? I think it does, little feller. So, he lied.
