No, she doesn't claim "inflation reports are propaganda". From AvJoe's own Fox News link:

AOC used a video to explain how corporations contribute to inflation and how inflation is blamed on everything else but them. That's the "propaganda" part: the whitewashing of corporate greed on inflation.

You know, things could have been so much nicer from 2016 to 2020, if dems would have set aside unfounded hate, and worked with the president, made deals, negotiated, as in the past. Tell Trump he could have his wall if they could have some of their democratic programs, work together as both sides should have. A normal govt process.
Would be nice to have that to do over. Everyone would be prosperous, with all the good which goes with it. Sigh.....

@averagejoe1 saidInflation has been going down, at least in the way the U.S. collects data. Yes, it is still too high. Volatile areas like the cost at the pump and food are not included in the U.S. inflation data. The European Union does manage to include these two categories. Employment remains very high with wages increasing. This also fuels inflation. Leaving the cost of gas and food, which hits everyone everyday, out of the inflation equation, politically hurts whichever party is in power. The price at the pump is mostly due to OPEC. Moving into renewable energy helps slow climate change and will help us be energy independent from foreign countries. The poultry and beef industries are largely monopolies and RICO laws ought to be used to break them up. It is causing food inflation. Western ranchers are really hurt by this monopoly and are starting to organize to fight it. Inflation is complex and there is no easy answer to bringing it down. I am an investor. I like to see profits. However, I am opposed to monopolies. I own chip manufacturing equities that are being hit by U.S. restrictions on selling to China and other adversaries. While this may diminish my profits, I agree with the ban.

The middle class in the U.S. has been shrinking for decades due to Trickle Down Economics. The Biden Administration is bringing high tech industry into the U.S. Besides building factories, we must step up skilled training so workers can produce chips. I suspect robotic firms are busy designing robots to do as much of the work as possible. All this takes time, even if we started yesterday.

because if you're confused why she would say corporations are spewing propaganda on inflation it's who exactly is responsible for most of it. Hint, it's not Biden or some poor guy getting a check during covid so he doesn't starve.

You only take offence that AOC repeated what many economists have said, that corporations are largely to blame for the inflation and i don't give a fuk about what you take offence. We already know you don't like facts that contradict your religion
