Might they have been making a statement about how SCOTUS has allowed individual state legislatures to ‘handcuff’ every woman in America in terms of her bodily autonomy by taking away the protection that Roe V Wade gave them.
I’d imagine you want everyone to buckle to this ultra right wing evangelical SCOTUS and shut up about it until after the midterms, not gonna happen.
All you’ve done is remind liberal minded people how important state legislatures are so prepare to lose quite a few of them over the coming decades.
