I think, generally, the excellent candidate. Except in situations where socializing with well-rounded
people is part of the job, well-rounded information is not very helpful. If you sit in a cubicle all
day, your boss generally won't care about your hobbies. If you fix cars all day, your clients won't
generally care about your interests (unless they share them).
