Here's something else to consider: Maybe, just maybe, the moderators won't listen to you because they think you're a proper prick. That's usually how it works in the "real world".

I've gone so far as to post links to peer reviewed articles detailing how heterosexual groups are actually less likely to partake in unsafe sexual practices like not using condoms despite the added risk of unintended preganancy. Such statistical facts are not even mentioned in subsequent posts by certain people, notably DSR, one of the most vocal of the "gaybashers" (no inuendo intended or inferred, though you're welcome to).
The views put forward by some on these boards with reference to homosexuality are tantamount to racist comments, which are banned by the terms of service. Since a comparable link can be drawn between racism and homophobia, this is certainly a valid topic for discussion. Just becasue two of the most fervent homophobes have been mentioned by username is no reason to see it as unfit for discussion. In fact, I was thinking of posting a similar thread myself given the vitriolic comments made about members of the homosexual community in recent days.

I haven't called anyone a homosexual... if you think otherwise show me the thread.....
I understand that this is not the same as saying that ALL liberals are gay, but there's certainly a case to be made for the presence of such an inference. Whether you have called people homosexual or not does not detract from your hypocrisy in lambasting someone for making a similar statement while you have posted much more hateful statements, though admittedly not directed to any particular individual. (apart from your worrying tendancy to infer immaturity on the part of the person criticising you rather than offering actual argument)

My freshman roomate at the University of Maryland was gay, my main complaint with his lifestyle was he loved the Doors (which was ok) but he'd play the song 'People are Strange' over and over and over.
To this day, I hate that darn song......
