Judging by current country statistics they are indeed. There are over 60 countries run by blacks and they all have GDP, standard living, education, healthcare and other quality of life indicators that are dismal.

In terms on negative indicators they excel. Crime rates, drug trafficking money laundering, corruption in public office are all off the charts.

On the bright side, they among the worlds richest in natural resources. Then there are apologists like you who continue with the lame excuses from Columbus to Trump, so nothing will change.
