Those you find yourself agreeing with are you, and they are looking for
solutions or just justifying the dislike for another group of people?
This could be true with either the right or left; those you disagree
with, are they respected as individuals, or do we think of them as
less than in some way? Are we building bridges or casting stones?
Thoughts?

That's an important question. I try not to be judgmental, remembering the circumstances of others may be far different. Yes, I've cast a few stones, but would like to think I've tried to build some bridges as well. I guess we are all a work in progress.

I've said, many times that good men may disagree.
The problem, as I see it, with admitted bias, is that THE GOP,
wants to win at any cost. No one can be wrong 100% of the
time but just look at the recent important legislation...Not one GOP vote.
There were good ideas included----Medicare negotiated RX prices
among others. Dems backed G.W's ''No Child left behind.'....Where was The GOP for OBAMA'S ACA?
The GOP of recent years presents no ideas but
is quick to criticize ideas put forth.
.....It is a matter of record that, while OBAMA was taking his first oath of office, Mitch McConnell met with other REPUBLICANS and decided that they would make OBAMA a one term President...................Does that sound like statesmanship?

You still embrace your hate of the right.
As far as I am concerned, it is the LEFT that is clearly being more judgmental and casting aspersions. Just yesterday,
Joe Biden called 75 million American voters - "semi fascists" because they don't vote Democrat? WTF is THIS???
Does this moron want to start a friggin' civil war??
And what makes it worse is the Democrats have the MSM all wrapped up for themselves so any tawdry remarks
by a leading Democrat get backed by and echoed quite loudly by the talking heads.
And through it all, the dems proudly stand there, wearing their hatred on their sleeve.
If you speak of the Forum and dealing with issues and the many opinions therewith, it is a great venue but totally trashed by personal ad hominems.
If one follows the 10,000-yr old rules of debates, and RHP rules of debates, there is no room in the forum to feel hate, or even love for that matter.
Thanks for the platform.

Fascism is the merger of corporations and state. We obviously have that now. Corporations run our government.
@kellyjay saidFree speech all the way, disagree all you like, but when you advocate for goobermint thugs to force your dream feelings on me, then hate becomes an appropriate response.

I know of one lib here who is all about the makeup of TikTok. I think he is also a person who would accept money from a person who has made the money. Hard to believe? I agree!!

.............Why do you call yourself a Libertarian, Earl?
..........Worried about what your peers would call you?
@wajoma saidI'm not sure what you are talking about, "dream feelings" being forced on you.

Disagreement is a good thing in my opinion if done properly it helps weed out
the good ideas from the bad as things are hashed out. Personalizing
disagreements so the focus is on people, not the details, can generate hate, do
you think this is bad or not? It is much easier to get someone scared or hating
another than it is to win an argument.
@Metal-Brain
WITH GOOD FLUCKING REASON. MAGA repub ZOMBIES want to win at ANY cost, no matter if that cost is the end of democracy in the US, which you would LOVE and go dancing in the street TRAITOR COMRADE.
