I'm stunned...I didn't know Arnold possessed a dual citizenship, but I checked, and indeed he does.

Austrian law states that citizenship can be revoked if an Austrian "in the service of another country substantially damages the interests or reputation of the republic by his or her behaviour."

Makes sense to me. He doesn't have to obey Austria's laws while living in America however if he wants to keep his Austrian citizenship he has to follow the rules.

It would tickle me to (in a good way).
Too bad it won't happen though.

LOL! The Austrians are against the death penalty? And they were so good at it just three generations ago.

Dude, lethal injection hardly compares to walking into a police station and unloading a machine gun the size of a small automobile into anyone who cared to get in the way. I'd say he's moderating with age! 🙂

🙂 Good one, although I'm sure its not the view of the whole country, I'm sure the home boys love Arnold. More than likely its another politician trying to get some exposure for himself.

Any comments on whether or not Donald Beardslee should have been put to death?

Beardslee while on parole for killing Laura Griffin, 54, (she was stabbed, choked and drowned in a bathtub), was convicted of the shotgun killing of Patty Geddling, 23, and the throat-slashing murder of Stacey Benjamin, 19.
The U.S. Supreme Court denied review of his last two appeals.

Republican Governor Schwarzenegger committed no crime in denying clemency.
