Funny, the judges at Nuremberg felt differently.

what is considered unlawful in one country is lawful in another, does any country have the right to invade another country because of this?

No country has the right to invade another country. In fact countries do not have rights.

So if you were the leader of a country and my country was lobbing missiles into your country, what you you as the leader propose to your citizens?

Why? Because you claim they do. Countries have invaded coutries for hundreds of years. Rights dont mean squat when the tanks start rollin over the border

What form does you 'dissent' take?

If you are talking about revolutionary dissent then it is not as more often than not a "new nation" emerges from revolution.

What sort of 'dissent' do you mean?
Was George Washington a terrorist? Or Thomas Jefferson? Obviously 'terrorist' is a selectively applied definition. If you agree with them then they're 'freedom fighters.' If you disagree with them then they're 'terrorists.'

Is a terrorist the same as an insurectionist?

Doesn't an insurectionist simply fight to free his own land of a perceived tyrant and a terrorist simply fights anyone he can while not particularly wanting or needing to free a particular nation?

I think there is a distinction.

A terrorist is a terrorist if America says it’s a terrorist, at which point it will embark on a 'crusade' (very curious choice of words, even for George idiot Bush) to expunge them.

A freedom fighter is someone that fights with America in its righteous crusade to expunge the terrorists.

An activist does not exist. You are either with America or with them (the terrorists). In other words you are either a terrorist or a freedom fighter.
