Strange how during World War Two the Russians and Chinese were our allies but now they are the enemy.
Ironically Germany and Japan who were the enemies back then are now the allies.
Did anyone watch that lame speech by Germany about peace?
I guess they forgot their role in WW2...They should not be preaching about anything...🙄
They are also going to spend 200 billion on their military...why?
If Nato doesn't back off and mind their own business we could very well see a nuclear war...and for what? The Ukraine?

Did you realize that England and the USA fought several wars and later (WW1) they became suddenly (sarcasm) allies?
The alliance between the USA and Russia in WWII did not survive that war. Do you realize that they were adversaries already in the 50's?
You did realize that the USA wanted the FRG to have an army when the majority of Germans didn't? (Same with reversed signs for the GDR and the Soviet Union)?
So who would be qualified for any preaching in your opinion?

I think Nato should mind their own business so it doesn't escalate into something very big.
Arming the Ukraine will cost more lives than just letting Russia annex the country.
The Ukraine is the poorest country in Europe and a Russian control would improve it.

* I think peace (even a shaky one) is preferable to war.
* Pacta sund servanda. Even if Jelzin signed the BUdapest Memorandum, The Russian federation is bound to it.

Germany has spent the last 7 decades apologizing for their role in WW2, for 70+ years the world wanted them to be a peaceful nation, now that they are - you're against that? 🙄
