Babbitt was a violent rioter and she was certainly confronted by police. She chose to ignore repeated warnings and attempt to break into a room with other rioters where members of Congress and their staff were being protected by police.

She was a deluded fanatic.

Inciting to riot means there will be unstable people there, willing to put their lives on the line for the one inciting them. This is why there should be harsh penalties for inciting to riot. When Trump finally gets charged, conviction should mean he has to pay for the pain and suffering he caused that day.

I take responsibility for this thread. As I’ve said, I don’t care about Jan 6, I have other ‘fears’ as Suzy says. So I just saw this news article and laid it out there, and for the record, it favors and shores up your (libs’...) positions. My doing this proves my ‘genuineness’.
I don’t know if it is true or not, and as I said, I don’t care, with all due respects. I do hope, however, that you don’t prevail in getting Trump (and Hillary?) thrown in jail. That man is REAL good at 🧹 cleaning up messes.

There's zero evidence she did and her actions in the video were aggressive like the rioters she was with (almost all of whom seem to have Trump and/or MAGA hats on).

Researchers have gone to their own great lengths to reach their conclusion, and the libs jump all over, with their off the cuff, UNresearched findings, to say the 'researchers' are all wrong. How could we possibly say, yeah libs, we agree with YOU!
