Posters here still don't know the definition words, so here's a helpful guide so you stop using fallacious arguments based on ignorance.

Socialism: a community as a whole decides how resources are used and focuses on social welfare.

NOT Socialism: Authoritarian governments oppressing citizens and suppressing democracy, which is the opposite of socialism's goals.

Also NOT Socialist: Nazis.

https://www.britannica.com/story/were-the-nazis-socialists

"Hitler achieved full dictatorial power through the Enabling Act. In April 1933 communists, socialists, democrats, and Jews were purged from the German civil service"

Despite Nazis having "socialist" in their name, their actions spoke far louder than their words.

Authoritarian governments by their very nature cannot be socialist, since that goes against the very idea of an entire community deciding together on how to use resources.

The take away: actions speak louder than words. A nation that doesn't act socialist is not socialist, despite their claims, just like how DPRK is not "democratic" just because the word is in North Korea's name.

Communism: A more extreme form of socialism that eliminates social classes.

NOT Communism: A country with rich oligarchs, like Russia

I, myself , see the 'takeaway' as your trying to convince/tell everyone that the United States of America has an Authoritarian Government. We can take sides and argue all day about which of the repubs and dems are the most authoritarian, with a bit of Marauder-esque thrown in, but let us stay for a moment with that one premise which you are putting forth.
Authoritarian? The government of the United States?
