A nice, short, summary byt Al Jazeera:
The bill limits “classroom instruction” on “sexual orientation or gender identity”.
It says such instruction “may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards”. It does not specify when such instruction would be considered age-appropriate.
It also prohibits “classroom discussion about sexual orientation or gender identity in certain grade levels or in a specified manner”.
So, basically, it can be summarized as a “don’t say gay bill.”
Much like the republican party’s manifesto doesn’t mention trailer-trash, inbred or incel, but we all know what the party’s full of anyway.

It's a collection of several news stories. Revealed CIA and FBI briefings, etc
Obviously they didn't know something will happen on 9/11 specifically. It seems however they had warnings and they did... not enough.
We will never know if it would have been preventable.
I understood your point, that not everything that happens during a presidency is that president's fault. And hindsight is always 20/20.
