The BS that goes on at Christmas time in the name of Christmas is another story, but so long as kids live for it and people come together the holiday itself can only be good.
I built quite a bit of resentment that way.
It made me realise how insufferable Christmas must be to those
that don't have the money to ride it through and are forced to
wait in misery until it passes.
So, no, Christmas isn't 'all good'. It's selfish and often cruel.
