Being black won't help him much. It's true, many whites wouldn't vote for a black under any circumstances. It's also true that many whites and MOST blacks would vote for ANY black running, regardless of qualifications.
He's not seriously running IMO. He's what we call a stalking horse .. a set up man fpr Hillary. He gets a rep and goes back into the pool for another 4-8 years. She might take him as a Veep candidate, but I doubt it.
She can't win either IMO.
It's early, but right now it looks like Rudy.
