But people need to explain the “why” part of their choice.

And, are we including musicals (Grease, RHPS, Mama Mia) or not?

Movies like Grease and Saturday Night Fever set the stage for lots of talent to get real exposure, and was the springboard for the next generation of musical greats.

Once Upon A Time In The West. Original scoring (Sergio Leone) fit the movie better than any other ever. Maybe Dr zhivago, but he was not from around here!
