I'm not much into debating with anecdotal statements that are clearly inaccurate nor wasting time with those who's style of argument is "holding their breath until they turn blue".
My statements are correct and consistent with the ruling in Roe v. Wade.
lol, not even close. My cousin was brutally raped at 13 years old and she became pregnant from that rape. It happened right after Roe vs Wade; and, I perfectly remember a family discussion of her needing to get the abortion done before the 90 days. I was 13 years old at that time also; and, I suppose the adults discussing the time limit could have been incorrect. They were wrong about other things after that. I mean, abortion had just became legal and many people were confused as to the law on this issue at that time. I was told by adults at that time that it was only legal within the first 90 days of a pregnancy; and, no one has told me different until you at this time 45 years later. So, I may have been taught incorrectly and it looks like you may be correct. Not everyone is a lawyer as you. lol, can I breath now?....lol

I would not be complacent enough to think that "Roe v Wade is the law of the land, and that's not going to change"; while I doubt the present SCOTUS would overturn it, at least before the 2020 election at any rate, a second Trump term could result in the placement of sufficiently right wing judges to replace Ginsburg and perhaps others to give the Court an anti-Roe majority.
As they would say.
And this is why no Catholic or Orthodox person can vote against Pres. Trump in 2020, even if his policies toward the middle east are a disaster and he is morally questionable.
Mass murder is just too big of an issue.

A similar 2002 bill, called the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act, was passed unanimously by the Senate in 2002 and signed by then-President George W. Bush.
