I am doing it a day early because I have a big test Friday on the book The Grapes of Wrath. So I have to study all day Thursday. So if anyone responds I will get back at about 1 pm Pacific time.
Next week my sister in-law is giving Birth to a Baby Girl on Wednesday so I will not be here on Thursday. The girls name is going to be Aubrey Grace. My sister in-law is going to have a Caesarian suction. So keep them in your prayers thanks and God Bless.
And so on the 17th I will get off our normal 30 Bible studies and do a special one on ((((((Joy vs. Happiness)))))) and then on the 24th get back on the 30 Bible studies and that one will be Praise & Thanksgiving.

Week 16 Hindrances to Prayer
God hears and answers prayer. His answer is not always “Yes.” And sometimes the answer is a long time coming. As the following verses indicate, there are certain hindrances to answered prayer.
1. Circle key words and phrases in the following Scriptures.
If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened.
PSALM 66:18
Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask, because we obey his commands and do what pleases him.
1 JOHN 3:21–22
If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you.
JOHN 15:7
But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord.
JAMES 1:6–7
* You want something but don’t get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.
JAMES 4:2–3
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
2 CHRONICLES 7:14

It has a...southern...ring to it?
I watched a programme called "QI" on the BBC and they claimed that the C-section wasn't named after Julius Ceaser after all.
But I can't remember where it did come from. Anyone?

Originally posted by darvlayWe learned about it in my EMT class but if I spelled it wrong sorry but then you know the correct spelling then so there is no need for me to correct myself then.
I've heard of the Rabbit, the Bullet, the French Tickler, the Vibrtating Egg, the Ben-wa Balls, the Pocket Rocket, and many others. But, no, I have never seen the C-Suction.
(Still laughing 15 minutes after reading "C-Suction " for the first time .)
Has anyone else noticed that the bible studies RB posts are always spelled correctly , whereas he can barely spell his own name ? Where are you cutting and pasting these from RB ? They aren't yours , are they ? No problem , everyone cuts and pastes , but don't you think you should man-up and give props to your puppet master ?
