#3. Who in the Biden administration made the decision to change the policy allowing congress to have access to suspicious activity reports (SARS)?

Take this example I’m being asked to prove Carlson is a liar when even Fox News had to disclaim his comments as mere entertaining opinions and not to be taken as factual in any way in a law suit 🙄
