biden gets on tv and tells how great everyone is doing, and the gullible like phranny, vivfly, sluzy etc believe it.

harris let the truth out…

“Harris was likely referencing a 2022 Economic Well-Being of U.S. Households survey released this year that showed nearly 40% of Americans lack the cash on hand to cover a $400 emergency expense and would have to use credit cards or borrow money to cover it. ”

As libs like to say....duh. This such a fact, like the sky is blue, that no one will write about it. I hate to see a thread die right out of the gate! I read it though. Yeah, facts make a better story than fiction.
Hey, everyone, what are your thoughts on a blue sky? It is not really blue you know.

40% of Americans lack the cash on hand to cover a $400 emergency expense and would have to use credit cards or borrow money to cover it.

This has been true for the last 50 years or more, through both conservative and liberal administrations. Clearly you don't remember the 8 years of Reaganomics with its 9% unemployment, 15% mortgage interest rates, and Americans savings balances far smaller than today. Yours is just another example of cherry-picking facts.

Your Reagan comment only tells me that some, maybe you, missed his train as well as the Trump train. Not too late, though, keep your eyes peeled. Put that frisbee in the closet and study a bit, perhaps?

The fact that most Americans live pay check to pay check is not new with the Biden administration. It is the result of Regonomics and his Trickle Down theory of economics. Giving huge tax breaks to the already wealthy resulted in a shrinking middle class.

On July 29th, the Dow Jones rose for the 13th consecutive day. That's the longest streak since 1987. That's Bidenboimics, baby.

Hey, maybe you are jut the person to tell us what to do about the 'already wealthy'. Tell them you have had enough of the rich and you are not going to take it anymore. Henry Ford was wealthy, I am glad you were not around then. Oh, and Rockefeller, responsible for the gas that you put in your Ford automobile this morning to make life easier for you. Libs are as shallow as they can get. Are you one?
I just saw Oppenheimer. IF libs were around, with their dam signs, during the building of the A-Bomb to slaughter 100,000 people, we would not have been able to win the war. Our daddies would have died in a japp jungle.

The war would have been over in a few months with just a blockade. Japan was on its knees, had no fuel and next to no equipment. They were completely crippled and would have surrendered without much of a fight.

No one is saying there should not be wealthy people. No one is saying to tax the wealthy into being middle class. Taxes need to be fair and progressive. We need employment opportunities with good wages and benefits to grow the middle class. The bipartisan Chips and Science acts is already bringing manufacturing back to the U.S. and has spurred private investment in manufacturing.

"A manufacturing boom has swept across the country in President Biden's 2½ years in office, with the South and Mountain West — including several red states — having especially strong growth, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics data.

Why it matters: The U.S. economy has added some 800,000 manufacturing jobs nationwide,"

But some of you do not like it that people make money in their sleep. That is what occurs when one invests, as you mention investment in manufacturing.....investment in manufacturing creates jobs, so you have left me in a total state of confusion?? What are you trying to say with this post?

I've seen this as a lie, given the folks coming BACK into the job market after Covid. Biden had nothing to do with those numbers. You could google the actual side of this story, it is all out there.
