It is not a matter of listing 'facts' but reaching a judgment based upon empathy (you are talking about fellow human-beings) and humility (what do you really know about this subject?). Otherwise you are likely to become a pawn in someone else's game...
For instance I could list 'facts' about Nazi Germany (unemployment rates, birth rates etc.) that make it sound like a 'decent' society and leave out completely the fact that they started WW II and committed the Holocaust - what have I 'proven' and where does this leave us?

According to you people need to be silent, not complain about the murdering of Christians in Nigeria, DRC, in Sudan and other parts of the world. People should not complain about the abuse, and rape of women and children Afganistan, Syria and beheadings and other abuses all over the world.
