The Bible was heavily into death penalties, but they're not limited to women. Men have all the same death penalties; and none of those quotes says anything about rape. As for "having to listen to men" aside from the Timothy quote (with is NT, so out of my domain), the Bible doesn't say anything like that. On the contrary, in a famous passage in Genesis, God tells Abraham to listen to whatever his wife tells him. ("讻止旨诇 讗植砖侄讈专 转止旨讗诪址专 讗值诇侄讬讱指 砖指讉专指讛, 砖职讈诪址注 讘职旨拽止诇指讛旨" )
The menstrual impurity is classic mistranslation. "Unclean" is a dumb translation of the the term 讟诪讗, meaning ritual impurity. Half the things on Earth are ritually impure in the Bible and men have almost mirror counterpart rules for men's fluids (I'll leave it at that). I don't know precisely why there are so many ritual impurity rules (though they no doubt helped decrease disease spread), but they have nothing to do with misogyny.

Im pretty sure of some things though... No leader, no priest or Godly person, from the Bible, would have engaged in rape of war victims, but Muhammed, who is the spiritual leader of this band of Muslims criminals was himself a murderer, a pedophile and a rapist.
