It’s capitalism baby!
how they got their money is irrelevant.

Dems allowing them to participate in making govt policy is the problem.

but you know that, just had the urge to say something stupid

The corruption factor, yes.

This is why, IMO, capitalism sucks.

Corruption sucks, not capitalism.

It happens in China, more than in America, that's for damn sure.

I'm a free marketeer, and it is like capitalism - less the government "investing" in businesses.
Capitalism could be Ok, if the politicians weren't such greedy thieves.

What watchdog mechanism could we have had that would have prevented the bailout of the Wall Street banks under Obama?

Besides, I am a Libertarian and we don't believe in forced taxes to begin with.

Wall St already operates under at least half a dozen different goobermint buratcracies.

Bailouts inevitably incentivize bad behavior.

Capitalist monopolies on power just like centralised authoritarian power are natural mediums for corruption, the internal logic of both systems demand corruption.
People are naturally greedy and corrupt that’s why forms of government are required that can mitigate our natural state of corruption.

What is the def of greedy to you fellers? If libs lust after getting money from people who have money, in any way they can, is that a form of greed rather than labeling it as stealing the money?
Would the taker of the money rather be regarded as greedy than be regarded as a thief?

never knew we have a common ground.

then you agree with us that billionaires have too much power and they shouldn't be allowed to pump money into politics? and you will tell your republican elected officials, none of whom oppose citizens united, that they must work towards banning pacs and super pacs and any campaign contribution above a certain sum?

or are you a hypocrite and it's just soros you don't like but perfectly fine with other billionaires supporting your guys?
