The question remains whether that shooting was justified or not; no one is arguing that Sundberg didn't commit a crime earlier.

It's hijacking in the US by a fringe party that calls itself "Libertarian" hardly changes that - as we can see by this thread, you are justifying State force against an individual without any meaningful review of all the circumstances. That is hardly compatible with any principles of "liberty".
