Just reading this thread makes me wonder how the hell that country is ever going to have any form of normality.
I think it is too late, myself. Dems have a machine. Their total focus is politics, whereas repubs are caught off guard , with no machine of their own to counter with. Dems, with socialist nirvana promised in every way, Will appeal to the weaker members of our society who will naturally go for a government promises. It is not like the Republicans can promise more free stuff, so what are they to do. Success and economic prosperity is the mantra of Republicans, but these pitiful people are not interested
