I'm not entirely sure either but I think he's served a long enough sentence.

Why was skeeter banned? Didn't she stalk XanthosNZ in real life? If yes, she should have her account terminated, not just a ban.

She only got three to seven for stalking. The perma-ban was for another reason, I believe.

there was no reason, it was just censorship.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it appears that RHP forum moderators appear to ban people often based on allegations and those allegations are not properly investigated and the banned person has no means of defending / explaining themselves.
