yes, but he actually says some genuine stupid things. like this or the time he said that the best thing he did during his mandates was catching a big fish. these are not the man who cannot speak. if he would stick to his speeches or rehearse some tings with his image advisors, but he doesn't. the crap that comes out of his mouth is 100% bush
