Bush likes Fish over People

Uther wants to blame Obama for a Federal Court ruling over a California dispute, claiming "Obama likes Fish over People." Both the connection and the conclusion are laughable at best, but the icing on the cake is this whole dispute is over a federal court ruling that took place in 2007. A quick question, who was President in 2007?

The federal restrictions arise from environmental suits brought under the Endangered Species Act that argue pulling water out of the delta harms fish. A federal judge in 2007 ordered new biological studies and restrictions on water pumped out of the delta for farmers.
