"Elliot Spitzer" (with quotes) gets: 211,000 hits.
Elliot Spitzer (without quotes) gets 5,020,000 hits.

So, again, I'm not sure what you set out to prove, but whatever it was, it was founded on
bad information or bad searches (and bad spelling).
