The majority of House Democrats voted against the 2002 AUMF, as did almost half of Senate Democrats.
I was out demonstrating against that war; what did you do?
The funding vote for the Capitol Police generated no major opposition for either side yet here are you and the other wacky right wingers declaring them "the Gestapo" merely because they got in the way of Trump's attempt to overthrow the Constitutionally mandated counting of the Electoral votes. After that, it merely makes sense for them to investigate threats against Congress and the People's elected representatives wherever made.

Actually Mr. metal-brain, votes by members of congress (not congess) mean a great deal. Unless you've been living under a rock your whole life, you might be surprised to learn this is a key part of the lawmaking process.
As far as your comment regarding the denial of WMDs in Iraq by "a few" well known nuts I would remind you well over 150 million Americans were (and still are) convinced there were no WMDs in Iraq when America invaded. This has been proved time and again by multiple inspections since the invasion.
