I don't think you would shoot back willy nilly, but i wanted to make sure you knew the laws since you are a novice. If you are going to get a gun for defense you should really read that book i mentioned. When all else fails, it's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

About a week ago, a Mercedes was attacked and robbed about 3 meters from my front door. They pinned the car to a signal post with their own car and kicked the windows until they broke, screaming "Give me your money!!" The girls inside were allowed to run away fortunately, but their car was really smashed up and of course they were robbed.
