Chemtrails are defined as chemicals, which are distributed by Jets to poison the population.
If I wanted to pioson thepopulation I would go for the water, not for small amounts of chemicals distrubted in extreme heights (kilometers above the surface) we do have a thinning effect. Iu factories the actually built high chimneys (about 100m) to distribute the poisoneous exhaust.
So people would be plain silly to try this in a jet.
If I wanted to poinon people I would try to do it in a way, that I am not affected myself. So it would be silly to poison the atmosphere.
