I don't watch videos I read far faster than I can watch a video. Bring your definition and we will see if they differ so much.

Nobody has suggested it is to poison the population that I am aware of.
It is for cloud seeding but not limited to cloud seeding. If the trails contains chemicals it is a chem trail regardless of the purpose.

Chemtrails used in conjunction with HAARP can alter the jet stream. Government documents prove those experiments, but they deny it anyway. They fund what they deny doing. It is their MO.
