chicken and egg

ok so the word on the street is that the secret answer to Which Came First has been leaked to a small number of enlightened individuals.

i doubt that many of you out there in chess world will have been enlightened and wonder whether i am right............

I always thought this was a dumb question. The chicken of course! The egg would have died without a chicken to sit on it and keep it warm - the chicken is self sustaining. 😵
