The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.
I would understand this as the interpretaion of law and the finding of judgemnet or verdict is subject to the Courts alone without the "help" of the president. Am I wrong?
