America has also contributed over and above it's share to the world's economic output, humanitarian efforts, dues to the U.N., and military/police actions across the globe. We have fed the hungry, cured the sick, defended the defenseless and taken in those whom other nations would kick out. You should be more grateful, seeing as how you come from a country that is only known for beer and hockey.
what's wrong with beer and hockey?😳

I don't think so, since China is still controlled by a communist oligarchy and does not allow any dissent, which fits in nicely with the views and sentiments of most of the anti-Americans who post frequently on RHP.

None of the US's contributions are an excuse to not reduce its emissions. Furthermore, China cannot make those kinds of contributions until its economy grows to make china a 1st world country also.

As for your total lack of knowledge about Canadian contribution to the world, while not surprising, it is typical. Every good thing you say the US has done, Canada has also done.

Your comments are as off- base and one sided as me saying that the US is only known for war-mongering and empire building. Maybe this is another of your "jokes"?

Who are we talking about now America or China?
Ask Al-Quaida. They'll tell you; US exports work very, very well. The Stinger for example.

As a learned person such as yourself must recognize, it is not fair to compare China with a population much larger than the US. Why not?

Simple. The US HAS FOR DECADES CONTRIBUTED WAY MORE POLLUTION THAN CHINA HAS.

In other words, it would take China, decades to catch up to the total amount of pollution the US (and other countries) have put into the ...[text shortened]... r way since the original dude is the one that caused the water shortage in the first place!
China has like five thousand years of breathing out CO2 when America didn't even exist. Shall we take that pollution into account?

I would have thought so ordinarily, except that I had to take into account the co respondents that gave rise to the acronym in the first place.

Show me a stat that shows China has produced more GHG or pollution in general than the US has and i'll grant you victory.

Every stat i've seen shows that since industrialization world pollution output has skyrocketed exponentially.

Now that China has overtaken the US as the biggest polluter, and its increased desire and need for commodities has had a large impact on prices, will the "Blame America First" crowd shift their anger towards China?
You're paranoid.
The same people who I know who are vocal about the US' behaviour are the same people who have been complaining about Chinese human-rights abuses for the last forty years!
