If people choose to go to church as places of worship, that is their right.
But in the interest for the greater good and social responsibility, I would suggest that they just stay at that church for the standard quarantine period.
The building could be utilized for 7 days a week.
Food and drink could be delivered to the church on a regular basis and the parishioners can feel good about themselves in that they are contributing to the pandemic fight.
After all, people who freely board a cruise ship and finding that they can't just disembark the ship at will are learning to deal with the crisis the hard way.
