Do you know why the CIA decided to overthrow Sudan?
Russia to establish navy base in Sudan for at least 25 years. That is why. Propaganda by omission. Your government does not want you to know why they support the coup.

@metal-brain saidOh you nasty lying little Russian creep, it’s Putin via Wagner that are trying to replace the dominant regular military leaders with those of their client / puppet RSF.

They destabilised the already tense relationship between the two generals by funnelling arms and other support to the RSF.
Fortunately their gambit is looking a bit shaky and the regular forces may be winning the war.
Either way your claims of a coup are a bit stupid given that both these generals represent a military coup themselves.
Not sure if you can coup a coup, all Sudanese governments other than one comprising of a government chosen by the people are illegitimate, thus any talk of a coup is redundant.

“ In contrast, Russia is seen as being fully committed to Hemedti and the RSF. The former warlord has been linked to Russian efforts to extract huge amounts of gold from Sudan to help fund the invasion of Ukraine, and Moscow has deployed Wagner group paramilitaries to bolster Hemedti’s operations. Beyond the precious resources, it is Sudan’s strategic position that has attracted Moscow, particularly the chance to position a major naval base there, which would allow operations in the Indian Ocean.”
@kevcvs57 saidIncidentally, Russia is already obtaining a lot of gold from Sudan. It was so even before the present clash between two military groups. Moreover, the port at the Red Sea is strategically important because the oil tankers from Arabic countries are going to Europe through the Red Sea. Incidentally, Western countries have supported the war against Yemen's present government exactly because of the same reason.

"Oh you nasty lying little Russian creep..."
I see that any discussion with @kevsvs57 is impossible.
However, I agree that the attacking side in the present Sudan conflict has a relationship with Russia, while the defending side is supported by the US. Both sides of the conflict are juntas.

Neither are worth supporting, but it seems to me that support from the UAR and other Arab States, in return for Sudanese cannon fodder to support the war in Yemen, is more of a factor to the RSF than any Russian assistance.

FAIL You in no way demonstrated that the CIA was involved with this uprising.
@earl-of-trumps saidSo the USA supports one general over the other and it has nothing to do with the other agreeing to a Russian military base there. I could prove it, but what is the need?
.
FAIL You in no way demonstrated that the CIA was involved with this uprising.
You seem to be denying the obvious.
@earl-of-trumps saidAre you saying this is not another proxy war against Russia? Did you know that US government officials said war in Ukraine was to keep Russia busy in Ukraine so they could not fight proxy wars elsewhere? Russia bombing the terrorists that the USA armed in Syria got into the craw of the parasitic elites that tried to overthrow Assad.

It isn't working. Russia is fighting a proxy war in Sudan now. US military bases worldwide are far greater in number than Russian military bases. This is like David vs. Goliath. You should be rooting for the underdog.

The USA supports one general and Russia supports the other general. The other general agreed to a Russian military base in Sudan. Do you know anything about the conflict in Sudan? Isn't the BBC informing you well enough?
@metal-brain saidSo you’re the source that US government officials said the war in Ukraine is a distraction so they can carry out proxy wars in other countries.

Do you see why everyone thinks you’re retarded?
@shavixmir saidI learned that from Kim Iversen. One of her guests said it. You can find out by watching her videos on Rumble.
