Given that precedent, it's very hard to envision how Court's will uphold Trump's EO which says discrimination against transgender persons is required by Title IX of the same law.

Are they a man?
1) the vaginal interior is a unique type of mucosal tissue that has a characteristic bacterial flora. The interior of a pseudo-vagina is composed of skin (most common) or intestine (less common, more often found after a failed 1st attempt with penile skin). Both these latter have VERY different bacterial flora and risk of disease. 2) a vagina is a self-cleansing organ; its best NOT to attempt manual cleaning and most risk involves overgrowth of natural flora. A pseudo-vagina must be assiduously kept clean manually, and risk is of some fairly nasty bacterial and fungal diseases. 3) a vagina expands and reduces naturally and painlessly, without effort. a pseudo-vagina requires lifetime dilation to maintain a size safe for penetration. 3) a vagina lubricates naturally upon sexual stimulation for most women in most situations. a pseudo-vagina will always require manual application of a lubricant. With a penile skin vaginoplasty this is reasonably straightforward and similar to a woman whose natural lubrication has dwindled due to menopause. In a intestinal vaginoplasty, there IS some “lubrication”, leading some to claim transwomen can lubricate naturally, however the intestinal lubricant is not a vaginal lubricant and is associated with foul odor, erosion of the partners penile skin, and increased risk of infection for both partners. Use of an appropriate lubricant for both partners is advisable, and use of a condom is wise.
These are the big differences noted upon simple visual examination. Manual examination obviously will reveal the pseudo-vagina as a blind cul-de-sac. Which is different from a woman who has a had a complete hysterectomy.

All things considered, transplanting the brain of the transitioner into a new body might be more efficient and cost-effective, with less medical risk.

I wonder how many of the M2F athletes* are proud of the difficulties their pride, stubbornness, and lack of consideration have caused for other trans people plus the natural-born females who have found and still find these aliens in their midst, in locker-rooms and in competition.
