@no1marauder saidSadly, facts have almost nothing to do with governing America. 😆
I don't watch YouTubes.
I'm sure there are a few sore losers getting a lot of play on right wing media. The fact is the participation of transgender women has a marginal effect on women's sports.
We run the country based entirely on feewings. 😆
@Cliff-Mashburn saidDon't watch them either.
Then you are burying your head in the sand and being willfully ignorant.
Just keep watching CNN/MSN and get the twisted media slant that makes you feel so smug and superior while ignoring what's really happening.
YouTubes are inappropriate for Forum use; it's impossible to cut and paste them or to usefully link to specific statements in them (besides their inevitable cherry picked nature).
@no1marauder saidLOL then where do you get your weird ideas from?

Are you claiming that all the youtube videos of girls/young women getting stomped in competition by trans boys are fake?
@Cliff-Mashburn saidWouldn't know, but given the low rate of sports participation by trans girls and women claims like that are pretty suspect.

Anyone can put anything on YouTube. You think hundreds of cats are playing piano?
@no1marauder saidI am not being curt with you, and I swear to you, I do not know what you mean when you speak about the sexuality of people, or their genders. I only know, male and female that is all I know and I’m not being obstinate. So your post here is lost me.
Idiot, YOU claimed that allowing transgender women to compete in these events was "ruining women's sports" because cisgender women had no chance against them. Cliff went so far as to claim they would have won every single women's Olympic event for the last 100 years if they had been entered.
So the actual results are relevant in debunking such ridiculous claims.
You seem to be hung up on all that like Sunhouse is with his subjects.
@no1marauder saidDamn right you don't know, because you have a closed mind.

And it's a lot more than the 10 college athletes the NCAA owns up to. Lot of high schools, etc that have these freaks competing...until now, that is, since Saint Donald put an end to this crap.

@Cliff-Mashburn saidWhat did you see a YouTube?
THIS JUST IN:
The male fencer now competing as a woman in this thread has 1st place medals in SIX events.
Before that, as a man, he was a nobody.
THANKS an F-load to all of you supporting this nonsense.
Redmond Sullivan has a losing record this year: https://fencingtracker.com/p/100286459/Redmond-Sullivan/history
Her percentage of wins this season - 42.9% - is slightly lower than when Redmond competed in the Men's events in 2022-23.
At the Cherry Blossom, she lost to the 2nd seed Erica Hooshi 5:0 (don't know much about fencing, but that sounds bad).
@Cliff-Mashburn saidThanks(?) for this peek into your mythology.

@no1marauder saidCan you explain your reasoning without using the word transomething? Some of us do not know what that is. I just want to know how uyou justify a guy with big legs and big hands, and a physically-competitive history, going up against a girl who has to , sorry girls, pad herself from injury.

That is all. That is all that AVJoe is trying to resolve.

@no1marauder saidMarauder......it is 'HIS percentage.' Or is it? I do not know which competitor you speak of here. Hers or his? Are there two hers?? Maybe you could re-write?

OK elephant in room time: Does this man still have his junk? You don't know, do you. Not that if makes one bit of difference as to muscles and the size of his hands, but HOW can you write with authenticity if you do not know the skinny?? You Don't know, do you? But we are supposed to glom onto your tutelage?

@AverageJoe1 saidI've wasted enough time with such idiocy. IF USA Fencing determines that a year of hormone suppression treatments (such treatments reduce the amount of testosterone which is the primary determinant of sports performance differences between the sexes) mitigates any possible advantage a transgender woman might have in fencing over a cisgender one that's good enough for me. I have no idea and don't care what Redmond Sullivan's "junk" looks like but her results show that, at least in her case, being transgender has given her no advantage over other women in her chosen sport.

@AverageJoe1 saidThe competitor, you clown, that the OP and the thread you started is about i.e. the one the quitter refused to compete against.

@no1marauder saidHormone suppression treatments. Everybody, if I’m lying, I’m dying.

I have asked this in the simplest way possible, should a man compete in a woman’s event and this is the stuff he writes to me. Is he so qualified, let us see his MD license and also how much he knows about these people that say who they think they are, which we are supposed to follow like it is the Bible.
Marauder, does he still have his junk?
