sonhouse keeps repeating propaganda about communism. He said communism want to destroy democracy. I will address this myth first. Dictatorship of the proletariat is a democratic proletarian state. Not a real dictatorship.

What you DON'T talk about is the FACT that once a nation converts to communism there is no way out, the powerful in the communist party would NEVER allow a real election to get rid of communism and go back to that disgusting thing called democracy. AND no matter what the people want, one thing you NEVER do in a communist country, PROTEST AGAINST THE POWERS IN CONTROL.

You are in denial of the facts. You are defending the propaganda. You are incapable of thinking on your own. You are a parrot of propaganda.

RIGHT. So why don't you ask Xi Jinping how he would feel at the end of communism in China. You must think we are stupid. And BTW, how is protest handled there?

China is not communist. China has a free market economy.
Communist countries do not exist.

Viet Nam is communist and you don't say ANYTHING negative about their government or go to jail.

Communist countries do not exist, so Vietnam is not communist either.

If you are working for Fedex yet notice how many packages you handle that say made in Vietnam. Vietnam is a socialist country, not communist.

The moment a dictatorship exists, there is no communism.
The USSR, China, etc. are actually state-capitalism. So, basically, instead of rich CEO’s deciding everything, it’s the government which decides everything.

Communism is the exact opposite: the executive makes sure the will of the people is carried out (in accordance with checks and balances, such as treaties, human rights, etc. ).

Basically, under communism the people who produce have control of production and an equal say in distribution.

So, say a report says: the country does not have enough grain. The executive makes sure that this is known to the workfloor. The workfloors decide how they can best up grain production this is reported to the executive and the executive chooses which solutions to use and this is then carried out.

The executive is always elected. And this can have limited terms, etc. And it’s always a group of people with a chosen chairman.
The executive is obviously free from normal production, but its members are paid an average wage; no special benefits.

That would be communism in a nutshell.
And it’s not an alternative to capitalism, it’s what capitalism evolves into.

You are stupid. Communism does not exist. Nobody has made the transition between capitalism and communism. The partial transition is called socialism.

Study political science or STF up!

dumbass, i am agreeing with you. how much clearer should i have been. you are talking about utopian communism and he is talking about Ussr and north korea communism. And you are being an ass about it. He doesn't care to talk about thow he "transition is called socialism" (which is dumb anyway for other reasons). He wants to talk about the evils of the systems in Ussr and n korea which were called. communist no matter how much you bitch like a moron that they don't adhere to the definition

If I may re-phrase, to get this right. CNN news reports that the country is short on grain. Grain Producers (several separate companies) all go into high gear, instructing the work floors, with supervisors, to increase grain production. That is as normal as it gets, and in capitalism, all companies COMPETE on prices so that the populace/citizens can find the best deal on a sack of flour.
This is what you are saying, please give me the relevance that I must be overlooking, because you are on a subject of communism, and I only see caitalism in your analogy. And thank you for the good analogy.
