Hmm, Switzerland #1, from a swiss non-profit organization. Bias or fact?

I don't really know how meaningful a list such as this is, but at first glance it doesn't look unreasonable to me.

Portugal ranked 79th in Macroeconomic stability. Malta 81st and the US is 93rd. East Timor is 21st, Nigeria 20t and Libya 4th?
