People are claiming that I spam and pushing to have me banned.

I haven't spammed.

I also didn't see STANG spamming after his ban was lifted, only to be banned again.

It appears that your arguement is so weak that you need to have someone else (a so called "moderator"😉 remove your opposition.

The conclusion is that there is no arguement supporting the deaths of innocent people.

No one I know seriously supports the intentional killing of innocent people, Sambo. Do you think your mission in life is to convince us not to support the intentional killing of innocent people?

I think it is ridiculous when people use baseless accusations to try and win an argument. That is especially true while I am defending your right to post and not arguing against you.
