I don't know enough about either Rice or Hillary to decide whether I would vote for either. In addition, I don't know who their opposition would be.

I can tell she's got some major attitude workin inside her head. SHe wants ta let loose and all. She wants to say "Yo, Syria, it's gonna be up side yo head if you don't get outta Lebanon cuz I gots me a cowboy behind me just dying ta go postal. Ya dig?" The Dems need to grow a brain.
The only hope for the dems is to find another Bill Clinton. A smooth talking, bible carrying, good looking, southern democrat that can talk out of both sides of his mouth at the same time.
Edit: And it wouldn't matter who Hillary was running against. Bob Dole could come back and kick her @ss. Hell David Duke could beat her.
