Answer: Because Trump never promoted the disastrous ideas the dems are pushing for themselves.
Only 5% bill is for infrastructure, the rest is democratic self-serving pork.

It doesn't matter WHAT democrats propose, Repubs will reject is. Moscow Mitch already said on camera there will be no votes from repubs.
So it doesn't matter WHAT is in the bill, new tires for school busses, it DOESN'T MATTER because it was proposed by democrats.
Republicans in the the senate and house don't give a rats ass the WHOLE COUNTRY is behind the bill, with an approval rating of 80 percent.
But since you don't believe in democracy, all you want is republicans to rule forever no matter how many people vote them down.
