Watching the exec's of Google and Facebook testifying before Congressional lawmakers on Capitol Hill recently was almost painful, much like 9 year old's trying to explain to their great grandfathers the cool new apps on the latest iphone. How can these lawmakers possibly make informed decisions about today's tech giants when it's clear most of them have not progressed beyond the 3x5 card file box?
