    Looks like Kavanaugh is a pro-choice goon, much like Kasich turned out to be in Ohio.

    The traitorous GOP that promised to build the wall and repeal and replace Obamacare continues to entangle us in a never ending web of deceit.

    Shameful.

    @whodey

    Essentially, what you have are Dim appointments to the Supreme Court who want to be activist judges by making laws or GOP judge appointments who are "cautious" and don't want to make waves and just sit there and uphold any previous rulings, like Roe vs Wade.

    As a result, the bench keeps moving Left. There is no end to it.

    I'm so sorry things are not working out for you Whodey, but lifetime appointments to the high court tend to make judges more accountable to the Law, rather than a political party. We witnessed this when Chief Justice Roberts, a Bush appointee voted to uphold the legality of the affordable care act. Respect for our laws is one of the few things that separates us from banana republics. The framers of our Constitution designed the high court to be a legal check on the other branches of government.

    You just witnessed the system working Whody. Have a nice day! 😀

    So you cite an article which was published BEFORE Kavanaugh was appointed. It is about a decision where he was against abortion for a 17 year old and wrote the dissenting opinion.-

    Why exactly are yu now arguing that he was a backstabber?

    There are very few legal professionals who see the decisions coming out of the SCOTUS in the last few years and conclude that it is A) Moving Left or B) Has any large respect for stare decisis:

    The 2017–18 Supreme Court term was noteworthy for many reasons. One is the fact that the Court overruled two longstanding (at least 40 years old) constitutional precedents by 5–4 votes,
