Trump doesn't and never DID have the power to make tariffs, that is STRICTLY for congress.
AND using an emergency law that doesn't even mention tariffs just blew away his lawyers arguments.
It will slink its way all the way to SCOTUS and if they have a smattering of balls they HAVE to agree with the court of international trade, and they wrote in a great history of tariffs just for SCOTUS and BTW, that court has TWO republican picks, one REAGAN pick, one TRUMP pick and one democrat and the vote was unanimous!

Besides stopping tariffs, it is a summary judgement and they say the tariffs already collected have to be returned to the people who paid this tax.
The stock market is going to have a CLIMAX over this one for sure.
